FlexIDC™ increases productivity, accuracy and the quality of information gathered by presenting question sets and prompts that work as a step-by-step data collection wizard, walking the user through the incident report on the handheld PDA screen.

Report data gathered on the PDA is securely stored until it has been confirmed as received by the Perspective™ Gateway. Data transfer occurs via PDA docking stations or optional secure wireless methods providing near real time incident data collection as required.

Review Incidents in the Perspective™ Gateway

Incident reports collected using FlexIDC™ are processed through the Perspective™ Gateway. An administrator reviews each incident report while in the Gateway. After review, the report can then be automatically moved into Perspective™ a qualified incident. While in the Gateway, the administrator can also:

• Validate chain of custody of input information.
• Determine overall access to the report.
• Assign the report for additional review, follow-up or investigation.
• Enter additional incident details or modify those already noted.
